１．日本語環境の設定

日本語表示を利用する場合は < font color="RED">\Software\System\International\Infrastructure\Japanese Language Support を組み込んで下さい 設定するComponentは < font color="RED">\Software\System\International\Regional and Language Options です 通常"Dependenceis Check"で組み込まれます MUI(Japanese)を組み込んでもこの項目を設定しないと日本語表示されません

２．スタートメニューの表示について

設定するComponentは < font color="RED">\Software\System\User Interface\Shell\Windows Shell\User Interface core です 通常"Dependenceis Check"で組み込まれます ・Show xxxx はスタートメニューに< font color="RED">表示する項目を ・Prohibit xxxx は< font color="RED">禁止する項目を それぞれ指定します < font color="YELLOW">・Show Help and Support on Start Menuは< font color="RED">サイズが大きくなるので注意して下さい

３．起動ドライブの変更方法

開発環境などで他のドライブ（Ｄ：）から起動しデバッグしたい場合は以下の箇所を変更して下さい ①ターゲットデザイナーの中央のウインドウの一番上のSettingを選択します ②右側のウインドウのTerget Device Settingの|< font color="BLUE">show|< font color="BLUE">more info|の< font color="BLUE">showをクリックし、下の画面を表示します ③次の箇所を任意のドライブ変更して下さい 　下の例では別パーティション（同じＨＤＤ）のＤドライブからの起動を指定しています 　< font color="RED">赤字の部分が修正個所です < font color="RED">※注意 Boot ARC pathについてはリソースキット等を参照して下さい １台のＨＤＤのパーティションに関してはC:Partiton(< font color="RED">1)、D:Partiton(< font color="RED">2)、E:Partiton(< font color="RED">3)となります

４．ランタイムライセンス（ＰＩＤ）の設定

ランタイムライセンスを購入し、正規のＰＩＤを入力したい場合は以下の箇所を変更して下さい ①ターゲットデザイナーの中央のウインドウの一番上のSettingを選択します ②右側のウインドウのRun-time Image Licensingの|< font color="BLUE">show|< font color="BLUE">more info|の< font color="BLUE">showをクリックし、下の画面を表示します ③購入したＰＩＤを入力して下さい

５．装置名、ユーザ名、ページファイルの設定

装置名、ユーザ名等を設定したい場合は以下の箇所を変更して下さい ①ターゲットデザイナーの中央のウインドウのAdvanced Configuration and Power Interface(ACPI) PC 　のSettingを選択します（< font color="YELLOW">ターゲットにより他のＰＣの場合もあります:Standard PC等) ■装置名、ユーザ名、グループ名の設定 ②右側のウインドウのSystem Identificationの|< font color="BLUE">show|< font color="BLUE">more info|の< font color="BLUE">showをクリックし、下の画面を表示します ③必要な項目を変更して下さい ■ページファイルの設定 ④右側のウインドウのSystem Pagefileの|< font color="BLUE">show|< font color="BLUE">more info|の< font color="BLUE">showをクリックし、下の画面を表示します ⑤ページファイルを設定できます

６．Windows® XP Embeddedで使用されるファイル形式と入出力関係について

※１：Target DesignerへはComponent Database Manager経由で入力して利用できます

７．Component Database Managerが起動できない

・Target Designerが起動している場合はTarget Designerを終了するか、 　Target DesignerのTools -> Component Database Managerで起動してみて下さい ・Component Designerが起動している場合はComponent Designerを終了するか、 　Component DesignerのTools -> Component Database Managerで起動してみて下さい

８．Windows® XP Embeddedの固定ＩＰの利用について
